DuPont State Forest

Location: Near Brevard in western North Carolina.

Distance: The Eastern Slickrock trail is 6.5 miles.

It's been several years since I rode here. I had to do a little research to help refresh my memory. It looks like there are plenty of trails in the DuPont State Forest, but my friend David and I only rode the Easter Slickrock trail. Since this was my first experience riding slickrock, I was facinated. This trail features some great views and the beautiful Bridal Veil Falls.
